Home Fix Scotland is governed by a Board of up to five directors who combine their skills and experience to make the best decisions regarding the services that we deliver. Not only do they reflect the interests of the communities in which we work, but the Board also provide overall strategic leadership and direction for Home Fix Scotland; ensuring effective governance and financial management.

Christopher Morgan (Chair)
Christopher Morgan (Chair)
Christopher Morgan is a practising solicitor and qualified company secretary, having practised throughout the UK, Japan and the USA. Along with his role as Chair of Home Fix Scotland, Christopher is a Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee member at River Clyde Homes. Christopher is also a Trustee of Back Up, a national charity supporting and inspiring people affected by spinal cord injury, and a member of the Law Society of Scotland’s Regulatory and Nomination Committees. As of February 2021, Christopher is also a Member of Court at the University of the West of Scotland.
Jillian is the current Chair of the River Clyde Homes Board. Jillian is a business professional with specialist expertise in organisational development, human resource management, strategy and business planning and change management.
Having spent more than 20 years in Scottish Enterprise in various business development, inward investment, training and strategic relationship management roles, Jillian is currently Head of Open Innovation and Team Leader for High Value Manufacturing Supply Chain development. Jillian is a Fellow of the IoD and has held various Board appointments within the further education and social enterprise sectors.
Paul joined the Board in 2019. He is a highly experienced business leader with specialist expertise in business strategy, change management, collaboration and leadership & development.
Paul has worked in the UK construction and property sector for over 20 years, initially with main contractors and latterly as Managing Director of a business consultancy firm specialising in the construction sector. He worked with business leaders from across the construction sector with all sizes of business from micro through to international corporates, helping them improve productivity, develop their people and increase profitability.
Paul has recently taken up the new role of Business Development Director within TÜV SÜD’s Real Estate division. In his new role Paul will develop and lead the new Building Advisory Service in the UK. Paul joined TÜV SÜD, one of the world’s leading technical services providers, in February 2017, were he previously held the roles of Business and Staff Development Director within their MEP Design Consultancy and latterly was Head of Marketing for TÜV SÜD in the UK. He is also an important part of TÜV SÜD UK Senior Management Team.
Mark Robson (Executive Director)
Mark is the Managing Director of HFS, he has previously worked for a number of large housing organisations, including the Teesside based Thirteen Group where he was Head of Building Services.
He has extensive senior level experience and is a business graduate from the University of Teesside and is a Fellow of both the Institute Leadership and Management and the Chartered Managers Institute. Mark is passionate about service delivery and continuous improvement.
Derek joined the board in 2020 and with over 30 years trades and management experience he has established an outstanding reputation in services across wide-ranging sectors including servicing, commercial, domestic, public-sector contracts and social housing.
Derek has held key roles in Scotland’s leading construction, build & maintenance businesses and has built strong partnerships with key customers in local authorities & housing associations and commercial. He also has a strong background in insurance repair contracts.
Liz Taylor joined the Board in December 2020.
With 30+ years specialising in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), Liz developed her career in brand marketing, new product development and project management, by working on a number of well-known household brand names within the food and drinks industry, both in the UK and overseas.
Forming her own consultancy some years ago, she is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and Glasgow Chamber of Commerce. She is a past-president of Scottish Women in Business (SWIB)
Liz volunteers for Victim Support Scotland and with over 20 years’ service she was also a board trustee between 2012-19; three years of which as vice chair and interim chair where she was chair of the governance committee.
John Wright (Executive Director, Group Services)
John joined the RCH Group in December 2020 and is responsible the financial affairs and financial strategy of the organisation, whilst leading on HR, ICT, procurement, legal, governance and other key resources functions. He has two decades of experience in the housing sector, providing leadership and direction across multi-disciplinary teams in numerous housing groups of different sizes, including traditional and stock transfer organisations.
